Hey all, here is a link to download the Ebay Spreadseet Ive mentioned in a few threads. I began using it yesterday on my Palm T|X and it works fantastic! Basically, this well allow you to determine what your actual earnings are from seling an item on ebay after all ebay fees, actual shipping cost, and paypal fees are factored in. A few notes:

+Enter all numbers as whole numbers, not as negatives. excel will automatically subtract and add appropriate cells together.
+Leave the 'Actual Cost' cell blank if you dont know what you paid for the item originally. This space is more for people who purchase something with the intent of reselling it and want to see what their gain would be.

*Special thanks to Cosine who helped write the script that figures the appropriate ebay charges.

Heres the link to download from: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=GCTZO6ZL

When an item is not entered it doesnt cot $.20 .. It says it does.

I tried to enter another if statement, but it exceeds the max # of calculations..

Well, regardless if you post something your out the cost of posting the item even if doesnt sell. I just sort of overlooked that as a minor issue, it does not add the unused amounts to your monthly totals.

If there is not item listed in a row, there should be no $.20 charge. and the totaled column is off by as many rows there are on that page *.20

what about an IF statement that would say if the amount is less than .05, not to count it in the totals column? Apparently, just today ebay changed the pricing table, so version 1.2 is on its way anyway :P

Thats fine, it could be a part of the 'total' function. I guess ill have the revamped version out once i get the price tiers updated. I may add cells that reflect the listing options so you could put a 'y' or just leave blank to auto add the cost of different listing options.
