Ebay is running really slow!

Hi Guys

Im having issues with my laptop. When using chrome, all sites are working fine when browsing except Ebay.
I have tried doing a system restore but got the following error code.
0x80070091 system did not restore

I have tried 2 other restore points with the same issue.

Can anybody help with this.

To expand on what John said, when in Chrome:

Click on the 3 dots on the top right > settings > show advanced settings > clear browsing data

Then make sure it says "the beginning of time", and I would select everything minus the passwords and autofill fields if those are important to you.

I have cleared cache, several times and browsing history, just a bit miffed now as to why the system restore is now not working
