Did you select that you had both agreed not to complete the transaction? if you did, they have to accept it

kof, if he bought something from you, never paid, then after 7 days u file a non-paying bidder report, then after 8 more days (if he didnt pay yet), then view that dispute, and select the 2nd option down, which says that you dont want to wait for the buyer, and it says below it that your fees will be refunded and he will recieve a strike. If you chose to complete the transaction, then you will not get refunded.

does anyone know what is the ebay listing fee for a 0.01 item and no extra? surely such a listing counts for free as ebay will make virtually nothing from it?
