just a little question... what is ECC?
since i gotta buy new RAMs, bcuz this computer has DDR2 and the GIGABYTE mobo needs DDR3...
but just answer what ECC means? is ECC something good?

ECC means error correcting code, most motherboards won't accept it. What motherboard do you have?

You have the same motherboard I do, you don't want ECC memory, which is usually for servers only I believe. You should get some DDR3 1600mhz memory. Either corsair, kingston, crucial, G. skill, or mushkin.

okay, ive been thinking about this...

Valueram/2GB 1333MHz DDR3 CL9 DIMM

i heared it's really no big deal if its 1333 or 1600....but is there a difference?

and how is it with HyperX RAMs, are they any good?

The Kingston Valueram DDR3 1333 memory should work fine with your system. If you have the budget I would get 4 gigabytes of RAM instead of 2 gigabytes.
