Eclipse or Netbeans?

If you are familiar with Visual Studio then I would recommend NetBeans.
I liked it a lot and many things are similar to tools like Visual Studio and so on...at least to me.
I remember once when I had a student from the 5. year and she needed a help to convert some code from NetBeans into the C# one.
And honestly it did not take us a long time to do that since many things were similar so I guess that's why I like it more than tools like Eclipse...
