ECS RC410-M - IDE Controller?

Hi
Anyone know where I can get the IDE controller for an ECS RC410-M motherboard. I can find heaps of sites for the Sata controller but nothing for the IDE controller. I need to install this before I boot the computer and install windows. Is there any possible way to do this?
