Edit pictures - free download

I am looking for a free download of a basic programme where I can clip / autoadjust pictures and then print out onto A4 on my own computer.

I tried Photoshop C3 but far too complicated for me. Aslo tried photoshop essential (?title correct) but it wanted me to print via their affiliated printing compony.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

I've heard a lot about Gimp, you might want to try it:

Paint.net or GIMP EDIT: bah ya beat me to it ^


Used both and I get on with paint.net better..
