Electrical Sounds

Hello everyone!
I have a very weird problem and I think that it's related to my motherboard because that sound card is built on it.
I have GIGABYTE P55M-UD2.
When I'm playing song or just a regular video I hear electric sounds on 720P, but on 1080P it's much worst and the video itself got so many stucks.
**When I'm playing song on my PC there are no problems at all!! only on youtube or even HD on Facebook is problematic.
I do have Realtek drivers and I have Windows 8 64 bit.

I need solutions please it's so annoying!

is this with a headset? is it just straight into the front port jack or is it powered also via USB. Does it give the same noises on games etc?

No, it's with speakers.
I checked my speakers and there's no problem with them, I connected my iphone, and my leptop and there were no problems.
I think it's something from the motherboard.
