eMachines 1352-53, CPU Upgrade?

I have a eMachines 1352-53, currently has an Athlon II x2 250 3.0ghz, I would like to find out what the most powerfull CPU I could upgrade to useing the existing motherboard.

-AMD Phenom™ II X3
-AMD Athlon™ II X3
-AMD Athlon™ II X2
-AMD Athlon™ II
-AMD Sempron
