Hey Guys,

I recently upgraded my laptop with a larger hard drive and placed the old drive in a hard drive enclosure which is connected via a USB cable. I have all my email addresses stored on the old drive and would lie to know how to access them via the USB cable. Can someone give me some instructions on this. Thanks

yeah specify the client you were using, but if by any chance you were using OUTLOOK EXPRESS, do the following, go to :

C:\Documents and Settings\yourOld account\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\

in there you will find some .dbx files, just copy them and paste them onto the same directory but on the new hard drive. and oh make sure while you're at it, Outlook express is closed.
It works the same for Microsoft Outlook except that you need to locate a .pst file

I have microsoft office outlook 2007 installed in the old drive as well as the new drive. I cant seem to find the file folder in the old drive.
