Email programme or function (hotmail) HELP please

Hi I was wondering if there was anyprogrammes or any ways you couild save you emails from hotmail accounts for archiving?. Right now I have 71 emails in this folder that I needd to transfer to my computer but I can't be bothered to opy and paste each one individualy into word only to waste 2 hours and have it looking crappy. So can anyone help please.

Well if it does, how do I link them cos if I remember correctly I have ot do loads of POP3 stuff or something like that. I mean I have no idea what im doing :(.
 
You will have to either use an external mail client like outlook / thunderbird etc
or
email them to another email address which already uses outlook / thunderbird etc
