email question

 We have some gmail accounts and hotmail accounts and view them in outlook 2003. I like the way how the gmail accounts are consolodated into one folder so all you have to do is click on the inbox to view all the messages that are in your gmail accounts. The hotmail accounts are split up though. Is it possible to just consolidate all the inbox folders into one folder so all you have to do is click on the inbox folder to view all messages sent to all accounts. Thank you

How do you get Hotmail into Outlook? I try to and it says Hotmail does not allow free POP Downloading.

Don't want to go off the main subject of this post, but since PC Eye already answered the main question, here is just a quick response to Dylan's question:
1. paid hotmail accounts can use POP downloading
2. free hotmail accounts that are old also allow pop; however, who knows for how much longer.
3. free hotmail accounts that are more recent (about 2 - 3 years old) don't allow it anymore, so that you are forced to go online to do email stuff and in the process you will see all the advertisement banners that help support hotmail financially.

You always here exceptions, but the main concept is what I wrote.

Sorry for being computer stupid but what steps do I follow inorder to do it? Thanks :D

If you read through the online tutorial you would have reached the second page and saw "Outlook will deliver your incoming email messages from all email accounts to your Inbox (Figure 6.7).".

It doesn't deliver all emails to by inbox folder. Mayby it is just these hotmail accounts that will not do that. I promise though. only emails from our gmail accounts go to the inbox folder while all the hotmail accounts have there own individual inbox folder that you have to click on separately to view.
