Hey. First time poster here! I'm looking for a little nudge in the right direction. Right now I'm using Outlook 2003 to access my email.
My scenario: My Metrofax sends dozens of faxes to 1 email address per day. Pretend I have 12 unread emails currently in the inbox. I want 4 different users(each has their own email address) to be able to grab only 3 of these faxes at a time and leave the rest on the server for other to grab.
What do you recommend I do? Is there even a way to limit the number of emails Outlook 2003 can "grab & delete from server"? Any suggestions?
