email spam

The solution depends on your e-mail provider. If it's something like hotmail, g-mail, etc just enable the spam filters. If it's ISP provided then acivate spam fiilters in your e0mail program and check to see if you ISP has filtering. Also never open spam e-mails and turn off your preview pain if you have one both allow the spam e-mail to ping the spam server letting them know you have a live address. This will increase your spam 10 fold. Other then that don't post your email in public places like forums and websites were spammers can find them.
