I originally used Madasafish (Plusnet) to provide my email address [email protected] I no longer use Plusnet as a provider. I can still receive and send emails via my ipad but not via my laptop. Any help would be appreciated
 
What happens differently between the 2? Can you access your account on the laptop? If not it's probably a password issue.
 
As I do not subscribe to Plusnet I can not log on to Plusnet to see my emails on my laptop. I do not know how to identify the server.
 
How are you accessing email on your ipad? If using the email app, then you should have access to the email server settings along with username and password.
