really?? i reset my modem and routers, still no results. hold on ill reboot

try ipconfig and a different browser if booting doesn't work.

hmmm.... ok, this might work. Download CCleaner and clear out your caches. If that doesn't work, you may want to try googling the problem.

Go to run in start and type in CMD...

This is similair to what Starwarsman said but:

When CMD opens type in ipconfig /release and press enter

your internet will go off,
then type in ipconfig /renew and press enter...

Try that...
