Is it possible to transport a PC across the atlantic without damaging it? or am i better off forking out the money to buy a new one when i get there? maybe i should just take the hard drive and some of the hardware out and leave the tower behind?
what i'd really like to hear is whether anyone has actually done this before and whether they had any trouble with it. don't worry about security issues i'm not going till october and i imagine most of the current stuff will have blown over by then.
any advice will be gratefully received
