Enable a Active Directory user on Windows 2000/2003 Server

Hi, Is there a way to enable a Active Directory user on Windows 2000 or 2003 server without actually doing it on the computer itself, like doing it from a remote computer? Is there away to do this without network admin rights?
 
well i dont know for sure but you might be able to do through cmd but youll have to look for the right codes. You would have to know the computer name and you really need some big knowledge about windows server 2003.

i could be totally wrong but if there's way that's the only way i can think of
 
You will need admin rights unless the admin granted you the right to make changes to the active directory. How where you planning to access the server remotely? And if your not the admin why do want to activate the user?
 
well you dont really need admin rights you can go around a lot of crap using cmd most of the security crap youve got on windows really secures windows itself but leaves cmd completely alone
