Enabling programs on startup.

I have a few programs that I need to run on startup (Vista, although if you have XP please tell me what you do and I'll work around on that!)

It isn't in the msconfig list, and it is a standard .exe that I need to run. Any ideas on how this can be done?

This for XP: one way is to create a shortcut to the .exe file and place it in the Startup folder on your Start Menu.

Start -> All Programs -> Startup
