Will this system run on a 550W PSU? (I think its a quality HEC power supply)

Genuine Windows Vista™ Home Premium
Intel® Core™ 2 Quad Q6600 Quad Core Processor(2.4GHz,8MB Cache,1066MHz)
PCI-Express Mainboard - SLI nForce 680i SLI(C55XE) - Intel Core 2 Duo/Quad-Core - ATX
2x 1GB OCZ SLI Ready Edition Dual Channel Kit (900 mhz)
500GB Serial ATA hard drive with 16MB buffer
LightScribe Super Format 18x Dual Layer DVD Writer +R/-R/RW/RAM
768MB nVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTX - Dual DVI, HDTV, TV-Out
22" Widescreen LCD TFT Digital Display with internal speakers (DVI, 5ms)
Sound Blaster X-Fi xtreme gamer sound card
6 USB, 2x Firewire, GB LAN
Multi-format Memory Card Reader
Logitech Cordless KB & Optical Mouse

If yes would it run if I added:
2x 1GB OCZ SLI Ready Edition Dual Channel Kit (900 mhz)
Giving me 4 gig overall?

If yes would it run if I added another lot of 2x 1GB OCZ SLI Ready Edition Dual Channel Kit (900 mhz)
Giving me 4 gig overall?

Or even another 768MB nVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTX - Dual DVI, HDTV, TV-Out?

Earlier for another chap with a similar build I took a peek at my dad's PSU which is the same I think. It has 35 amperes across 2 12v rails (one is 17A, the other is 18A). This is the standard Mesh case, not the aluminium one.

I believe those ratings are correct. It should be fine for your system with the RAM upgrade, but not with a second 8800GTX.
