Looking to make a build for a friend he is looking to "watch Blu rays, record TV, and surfing the internet wireless via tv monitor. Also would like to do some photo editing. Also some light gaming mostly just nes, snes, psx emulators."

This is what I have so far, please add any improvements/suggestions. Also any suggestions on a simple plain case that will fit everything.

with that graphics card you could cut costs by going with the corsair 500w PSU.

i5 750 did better in almost all tests. Also it consume significantly less power than 955

Edit : I almost missed it , The WD green drives are mainly for storage as they run a bit slower. If this is for your OS drive you should check out the faster ones.

Motherboard - if you want to keep AMD, I would recommend a cheaper board, as you don't need crossfire for your use.
