Hi all
Last night I was packing up from using my laptop with my telescope, unplugged the webcam I had in and it turned my screen to the blue error screen, the laptop turned off, restarted and now all I see after turning on is the following:
" windows has encounter a problem communicating with a device connected to your computer.
this error can be caused by unplugging a removeable storage device such as an external USB device while the device is in use, or by faulty hardware such as a hard drive or CD-ROM drive that is failing. Make sure any removable storage is properly connected and then restart your computer.
If you continue to receive this error message, contact the hardware manufacture
Status: 0xc00000e9
info: an unexpected I/0 error has occurred."
ive done abit of googleing to find some info but nothing really much comes up whats caused this to happen? and is there anything that can be done without replacing the hard drive?
Regards
Chris
