Error 1635

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this question, but here goes. When trying to download messenger 7.5 I keep getting error 1635, anyone know what I can do to fix it?
 
Make sure that the whole this is uninstalled then reinstall it again. Make sure all the files are completly deleted before you go ahead and try to reinstall because it will just do the same thing again

When I try to uninstall msn messenger it comes up with this message

This patch package could not be opened. Verify that the patch package exists
and that you can access it.

or something like that. In short it won't allow me to uninstall msn messenger.
