Error Bad_pool_caller

Need help on getting rid of this error. I have read alot and tried but the CPU memory and the ram are fine as I have tested them with 2 different software diagnostic tools.
The error is when I exit out of a game I get the Bad_Pool_Caller error. I am running winxp pro. """HELP"""

I can play the game fine, but when I try to exit the error occurs

I looked up the error and its as follows:
BcCode: C2
Cannot free the usermode address back to the kernel pool
BcP1 : 00000040 = Attempts to free a usermode address to the kernel pool
BcP2 : 00000000 = Starting Address
BcP3 : 80000000 = Start of the system address space
BcP4 : 00000000 = 0

Now that I have found what it all means what can I do about it and what does all this mean.

Is either way hardware problems or heat is affecting your cpu/video card that's what i found on that error so far but there aren't real solutions some say check your cpu fan to see if it's running etc same with the gpu but that's it
