Error help

i keep getting this error on multiple programs

"The instruction at "0x019c24e5" referenced memory at "0x019f23e0". The memory could not be "read'. Click on OK to terminate this program

anyone know a fix?

Download memtest86+ burn it to a CD or put it onto a floppy, then boot off of it and let it run at least overnight. It's a RAM checking utility to make sure your RAM has no errors. If it even has a single error it can cause problems like this, or much worse.
