Error installing 64bit windows 7 HELP!

hayyy guys im just trying to install windows7 on my computer and i get an error message that always apears while im trying to install
"Windows cannot be installed to this disk. The Selected disk has an MBR Partition table.On EFI systems, windows can only be installed to GPT."
how do i get around this so that i can install a 64 bit operating system?

Like he says, but after you delete all partitions. You can re-partition, "BUT" do not format the drive. Just load windows on a un-formatted drive. It should load fine then. I had to do this with a friend's computer with Windows 8.
