Error Loading Message for Online Class

I am taking online classes. I have been taking these classes for over a year. I have not had this problem till last night. The problem is that I am not able to submit replies to the discussion questions nor submit emails from the online portal. None of these problems were evident before last night when I accessed the class assignment. My internet provider is Cellular South. I have a wireless card (HUAWEI Model EC168). The school is Grand Canyon University. I have contacted GCU tech support. They had me erase my cookies, download recent version of java, download firefox and then they had me to contact Cellular South to have the drivers on my card reloaded. I called Cellullar South, I still have the problem. The technician said she will pass the problem on to another group to see if the drivers need to be reset. Last night, to attempt submission of my assignment, I went to McDonalds to use their wifi. I still had the problem but when I used someone else's laptop connected to the McDonald's wifi service I was able to submit my assignment in the discussion area of the GCU website. The error message that I receive when I try to use my laptop is :
Error loading "/inlineeditor/extensions/en/fckstyles.xml". Also, I do not know if this matters but this issue happened to someone else last month. Same school, same internet provider, same brand of internet card, and also for some reason it also happened in Module 7, the last module of a class.
Thanks for your help. I urgently need assistance.
