Error Message and PC shut Down...

Hi

Having real problems with my PC :( . I keep getting the following message, then the computer shuts down..

C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini032505-01.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\james\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER1.tmp.dir00\sysdata.xml


Does anybody know what's up with it? Is it beyond repair?

It appears to be random. It occurs then using the internet, when using word, excel etc..

Is this error message usually associated with one program ? Do you know if there is anything that I can do to test/repair?
