Error Message pertaining to gfx drivers...?

i get this message after my screen goes black occasionally...

gfx card is the gtx 460se
 
hmm i have seen this before but with a lower end system, seemed to happen when the computer was trying to run somthing that the card just couldnt handle, so when the program was closed it did that,

mine does it at startup... and sometimes when i go to load up starcraft 2.

my last video card was a nvidia 9800gt 1gb ddr3...

this new one is supposed to be better! so it damn well better be able to handle it! it flashes a black screen for at most 5 seconds... then i get that message and things go back to normal. when the video card is working i get 130fps on starcraft 2 on extreme settings.

the os is win7
 
I would try uninstalling the driver, and reinstalling it by hand. Don't uninstall it and just push update driver. Get the driver from the Nvidia website, make sure you have the win7 32 or 64-bit, whatever your computer is, and see if that helps.
