Error Message.......?

when i start up my computer i get this message and i have no idea what it means or what it has to do with can....it talks about memory so i figured to post it in this forum.

Uninstall your Realtek drivers then download and install the latest ones.

i reinstallled the Realtek driver and used the updates and im still getting the error message...what else could i do?
