error update ati graphics driver

The message I receive is as follows: "The catalyst control center is not supported by the driver version of your enabled graphics adapter. Please update your ATI graphics driver or enable your ATI adapter using the displays manager".

have HP pavailion a62335x pc desktop with vista 32 bit

i just get this when startup computer

can i overwritr this driver..install and it will install over last driver
or do i uninstall and install from ati site
