Error when trying to install Windows

Recently, I finished my first build and inserted a copy of Windows XP. However, when I try to boot it up, I get an error: PXE-E61 Media Test failure, check cable.

anyone ever experience this or know how what I could do?

You're trying to boot from the network card. Confirm your boot order is set correctly.

what should the boot order be?
i have it set on
1st: HDD
2nd: CD
