error with new build

Dont know whats going on. If its technically installing the driver for the 6990, you woud have problems.

The driver package has more then a single driver included. Its detects your card and installs the right driver.

then why the hell.................. im confused my computer thinks i bought a better card than i did lol you got any more ideas?

does anybody have any ideas for that matter? i need some help with this big time..

right i used the disk that came with the GPU to install the drivers and it put on the

AMD Radeon HD 6900 series

Drivers.

And its doing the flashing to black screen thing and unable to load anything, my computer, start bar. anything..

any ideas now anybody?

Got someone that has another computer you coud try the card in? You do have the resolution and refresh rate set right for your monitor?

maybe, and i posted this in the other thread, you could try contacting support about this and either rma it or whatever since it seams to basically be a form of doa
