ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650?
Uninstall the ati software in add/remove programs. Then download and install the following software.

it wont download that link, i need vista..maybe that is why?
Windows 7 and vista basically use the same drivers.

Can you give me the exact model number? Should be a sticker on the bottom with the full model number.

and then the serial number..I don't know if that's all you need..
That other number is for something else. But I think this is the driver you would need. It's for the A300 series.
