in hardware we always learn about using a esd wrist band with the power cord connected to the case. but one of my co-worker said that is optional because you dont have to connect to power cord to the case because you can just touch the psu and it will convert to the same charge as the motherboard. i was like wut??? he's also saying that the comptia exam is wrong but is always them that saids you dont need to have the cable in i was like wtf?????

I never use one, just touch the metal part of the case or P/S, just dont rub your feet around on carpet alot
