Ethernet adapter missing!

So i turned off my computer and pluged it out of power brick. After 3 days i came back home and instead of realtek adapter i see avast's secureline and thats it. Ran a troubleshoot and it repeats itself trying to turn on secure line adapter. Now when i searched up realtek drivers downloaded em on my phone and transfered on computer it says if deep sleep mode plug in cable. But ethernet cable is pluged in?
Anyways i get a red cross on mine computer internet shortcut and cant use internet wifi works tho.

What is listed in device manager under network adapters? If realtek doesn't show up then it can't find the hardware. You might want to check out bios to see if its shows onboard lan enabled.

About a min ago i only saw secureline. I uninstalled it and the internet adapters tab is gone i will go into bios to see if obboard lan is enabled

Glad you got it working, I find restarting is the best thing to do in most cases just as a first step of troubleshooting
