Ethernet cable problem

Hello, a friend of mine has been experiencing some problems with the ethernet cable...

Here is what happens: when he turns on the computer with the wifi, everything works fine but if turns on the computer with the ethernet cable plugged in, the desktop stops at this screen for about 30 seconds and then goes on:

I made him update his ethernet pilot but it didn't change a thing... Any ideas?
 
Looks to me like hes got it set to "Network Boot" in the first order,then HDD...in the BIOS.

Disable Boot from LAN or network booting in the BIOS and I reckon he should be then good to go. If you can't disable it, just make the HDD the first boot priority. :good:
