ethernet controller accidentally removed

Accidentally deleted my ethernet controller, now internet won't work. Can't install the driver automatically because the internet won't work. "Restore computer to an earlier date" didn't fix the problem. Here are the downloadable drivers for that computer. Which one do I need? How did you delete it?

Usually if you remove the device like in Device Manager it will be rediscovered on next reboot.

Most likely uninstalled driver software without knowing what it was.

That's normally how people do it.

Thanks for the help. That worked.

Deleted it while removing what I thought were redundant programs from the "add or remove programs" section of the control panel.
