ethernet over power?

anyone done ethernet over power. Just got a pvr and only way to get internet is to do ethernet over power as it is not possible to run a cable all the way through the house. Anyone know if this would be good? Only for pvr for epg etc

They work wonders as long as you don't buy rubbish. Netcomm (Aus & NZ only) make a brilliant 200mbps power plug. I got to test one for about a week and it was fantastic.
