Everyones gettin sued

d*mn them!!!
Google is amazing! (just close your eyes when they wander over the sig below)
I bet their loyar will use google to get some info to be able to sue them.

Its funny how they always sue rich companies for 5 billion dollars(large sums) if me or you were to do this they would come to our door and say stop using it or we will sue you....$1000 dollars. Anyways i think people are taking advantage of sueing people or companies when they can be solved more reasonably...in the end the defendent wins, costing both parties serveral millions in *lawyer* bills (hehe stalex:))
 
All large company's always have lawsuits, I wouldn't be suprised if they had alot more, Microsoft just breeched the 30 mark(at one time), it was in my local paper, most lawsuits never pull though though.
 
next thing is all the VoIP providers will get sued by the music industry because people can use it to play music

Yeah, my mum works in a company called richemont (this company owns cartier, vancliff et harpels, chloé, mont blanc, and more luxury brands. A guy tried suing that company for 4 million $ because he "found" a fly in his perfume. It was a womans perfume and there was no way to prove it actually happened, and the loyars of the company ended up proving that it was a fraud, and i have no idea how they managed to do it.

:rolleyes: oops. At least the rest of my english is not that bead (i got 4 languages at school, and english is not my first language).
 
Thats sad, I haven't even heard of that telephone thing from google before and now they are getting sued over it. Anything to get money.
 
I don't really think they'll win, hopefully the jury are google sympathetic...who isn't? It really makes you think how low some people can go to get money...
