everything goes fast

I have two computers. One of them has Core 2 Duo CPU and it works fine but the other CPU is AMD Athlon Dual Core and everything on it goes faster then the Core 2 Duo. I play game and it goes very fast or converting something or what ever i do is faster. For some things is good but for other not good. I want to reduce the speed of the processor because i cant play games with that speed. Any solution how to resolve that

Depends on what Core 2 and Athlon X2 which is faster. Why do you want to slow your processor down to play games?

Athlon X2 is the processor. It is faster then it should be with normal processor. For exemple if u are walikng in the game it is like running. It process faster then it should be

That has nothing to do with your processor. That's most likely game settings or video driver perhaps, but not the processor.

Lol, yeah, I agree with john ^ but I've never heard of video drivers causing this?

That's sounds like you have to fix your control settings in the game.
