GFX is GeForce 8800GTS 320MB.
Got a my old hardrive and dvd drive. Thermal paste is a good idea lol.
Whats wrong what that CPU?

In that case, get a Corsair 550W PSU, only 4GB ram, rely on the stock CPU cooler and buy a 560Ti.

Since you don't have to have 8gb or the HSF right now, and can still game without it, so getting a better VC now is a good idea.
You could also go with a 990x board w/x8x8 for CF(if thats your plan) and save a bit there. Not very much is lost with x8/x8 vs x16/x16. I think the cards have to be pretty high end to really notice any diff.
What 600w Corsair do you already have?

My suggestion:

Core i3
Z68 motherboard
4GB ddr3
Ati 6850 or GTX560Ti

Probably cheaper and much better.
