Is there no way of doing this cheaper with a Combination pack? Looks nice though, what do you plan on using this system for?
 
I'd wait till Sandybridge comes out in 16 days.

If you're going X58 though, consider a better board with a discount on Win7. Also, if you are near enough to a Microcenter, they sell i7-950's in house for $200 plus tax.
