Everytime

Everytime I get close to finding a motherboard that im going to buy for my new pc I FIND ANOTHER one that is just as good or has something better or is cheaper. Now please someone help me make up my mind. Here is what I was going to get.

But now I just found this motherboard that is just as good as far as I can see.

Im hooking up Amd Athlon 3500, BFG Geforce 6800 Ultra 256mb, getting 2gb of DDR3200 Duel Channel 400mhz ram. Is there anyway someone can help me make up my mind on what I should get to build my computer? I want a good fast gaming computer able to handle the most latest game with no problem just crystal clear no lagg gamage?
 
acutally on this post I found something on the gigabyte that I totally did not like and that was it only had I think 2 USB ports.

actually I think it has 4 USB ports. It has 2 USB headers (which is standard) which are used to hook up things like the ports on the front of the case (each header supports 2 ports)
