Evga 7600 Gts

oh, well nvidia doesnt have it on their website. lol
the 7600gs would play those games, and so will the 7600gt. what are the specs of the 7600gts? architecture... not clocks. neweggs got the clocks.

I haven't found any definitive info about the origins of that card, but I strongly suspect it's an OC'd GS core with GDDR3. Certainly the lack of Dual DVI would tend to support that supposition. If so the OCing potential would be quite limited. Between this, the lack of Dual DVI, the lack of hardware SLI support and the lack of independant reviews, i'd strongly prefer the actual 7600GT for the extra $1.50

7600GTS is exactly the same as 7600GT but it cost less.

GT and GTS are both an overclocked GS with GDDR3 memory.

and who cares for Dual DVI ??? Most people don't need more than one DVI.

nVidia sells the cores to manufacturers seperately, with different standards and at different prices. This has led to quite a few variations on the GS/GT theme, including a number of heavily overclocked 7600GSs, and the unpopular 7600GST.

While the core itself is the same, the standard it has been manufactured to is not. If this were not the case, 7600GSs running at 600-650Mhz+ would be the norm.

Allright, so considering youalls' information, im going with the actual 7600 GT since is a lot popular, and its guaranteed that it will work...
