EVGA LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI Mobo

Yeah, but my main question about this Mobo is the overclocking capabilities. I realized that it was just the price.

My sig would suggest that the 680i doesn't OC very well. However, I'm a noob w/ overclocking. In addition, I have the B3 stepping and the memory doesn't really need to be OC'd very high. The 680i has an excellent reputation for its OC'ing abilities. Click here. Maximum PC chose the 680i over the Striker Extreme for its Dream Machine; primarily because it OC's better. In their opinion, anyway.

Yeah, it seems that the B3 might slow you down a little. Do you like the BIOS of the 680i?

A big yes. I just updated the Bios to P31 last night. They've been updating constantly. Is that good or bad? IDK. I've never had any problems. Learning to manually OC with the 680i BIOS is real easy. You already know how, so it will be even easier. The BIOS is very stable, IMO.

EDIT: If you get this board, DO NOT use nTune.

I'm sort of unhappy with my BIOS, as it does not allow me to do a lot of things (ie. change RAM ratio, change VCore, ETC.) which may be why I couldn't get to where ThatGuy16 is at (same system as me other than the Mobo).
I didn't know you could change BIOS. I'll look at some stuff on the 680i BIOS now.
