eVGA or ASUS

Which motherboard manafacturer do you think is better?

Overall I'd say Asus makes better motherboards, but EVGA has captured my heart as of now with its 680i mobo.


Oh and the striker extreme or whatever its called is just too expensive.
 
yes i agree, i was very close to buying a ASUS Striker Extreme but i figured whats the point? hehe i mean yer super! its got IO LCD poster with pretty little LED's.. its just not worth it. how many times do you need to look at your IO ports? if you can afford this motherboard then you can obviously afford a good case, therefore you will have USB/Fire wire ports accessible without having to fiddle around with the back of the case..... i highly agree with you aswell with that motherboard. i am also using the eVGA nForce 680i SLI motherboard and it was well worth it...

hmmm, yes, and my motherboard is better than most of the ASUS boards out there.... except for the striker... but thats a ripoff anyway.

I preffer ASUS motherboards. The one I got is a very good one, and the next one is the P5B. I'm thinking for Intel boards though...we'll see.

EVGA is a good brand. I never tried them, but I'm sure they're as good as ASUS.
