Excel animations gone when unplugged

Hey guys, I purchased a Vivobook 15 recently with a R5-5500U and 512GB SSD, I love it! But I noticed something strange, when I unplug the charger, the animations are just gone from Excel (Office/Microsoft 365) (Version 2112, Build 14729.20260) and it's not a great experience, it feels clunky and makes me much slower when doing some work. All the other Office apps are running good when the charger is unplugged!
Is there a solution for it? Don't care if the battery consumption would bump up a little

Regards

PS.: Already tried to disable hardware acceleration, unfortunately, it didn't help

It's most likely the power settings when on battery. Go into power options in control panel and check settings for when on battery power. You may have to adjust them.
