Excel Server error

Hi.
I need help with Microsoft Excel 2010. I want to open my .xlsx format document but I'm am getting the following message: Server error
I did the following things to try to fix it, but none of them works.

1. Re-installed Office.
2. Tried to open the file from another PC

So my question is, could anyone suggest me how to open or repair .xlsx file?

Hopefully someone will be able to help me with this.

but you might want to remove the information rights management from the workbook once you get it open
