Hi,
I have a question about a new laptop that I just bought. The laptop is only charging to 10% so after browsing the forums it seems that the battery is essentially shot. I'm going to bring it back to the store, likely for exchange of the exact model, but I have installed a bunch of programs and set up settings. Is there a way of creating a backup disc image that I could just load onto the new computer.
I know Windows has the "backup and restore" option but I wasn't sure if a backup would be transferable to a new computer.
